Coordination:
For each project, we setup a team allowing necessary members ( 1 Project Manager and required developers) from our side and 1 or 2 members from clients side.
Email/ Chat/ Call center Support request are treated as our main means of project communication.
Every conversation is documented through email and sent for approval
In some cases we allow clients to login directly to our server for checking daily activities or work progress.
For web application, we usually host the trial application and its progress reports in our dedicated server.
